As a Chief Transformation Officer at Blu North, I advise senior business and IT executives focusing on the financial services, payment processing, professional services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I have held senior positions with international companies in several industries.
I have developed solutions in different business environments across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and South America, both in the technical and managerial areas of business and IT. With unbiased and pragmatic recommendations, I would consider myself a value-added advisor for C-level executives. I advise & provide support on complex issues faced by the IT executive community, which is continually challenged by the necessity of business-IT alignment. My experience in application systems, infrastructure, implementing IT strategies, portfolio management, sourcing and governance supports the IT executive in the implementation of best practices.
I also advise executives on leading digital transformation, M&A technology due diligence, information security, hybrid work design, culture change, solving talent challenges, advancing leadership effectiveness, and creating high performing teams.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and my Master of Business Administration Degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
